Missing the Summer Monarchs

On these cold winter days I really miss seeing the butterflies. Last year there were many Monarchs that visited. Some years I see more than other years.
They always enjoy the two butterfly bushes in Dustin's garden. Hoping they all return in a few weeks when spring arrives.
In the meantime I will keep scrolling through my photo archives. This one was snapped last year on a hot summer day.

Gee, a nice photo, I hardly see any. But I hardly go outside. But that will change this year. As a child we use to love go hunt and capture butterflies.

Great pic as usual. Sometimes down at the beach they mate, I am not sure why they pick a location like that.
