A male driver who was trapped inside a burning car after he was involved in a car crash on Interstate 75 is thankful that Rebecca Dabney and another person came to assist him survive a fiery death.
Rebecca was at the right place at the right time on Saturday when she used her training as a former law enforcement officer in California to go to the scene of the fiery crash as the auto was upside down at the time of the accident.
Rebecca used a small knife that she had in her possession to cut the seat belt so she could get the man away from the burning car.
Another good person who was driving a truck assisted Rebecca by using his fire extinguisher to put out the flames before the paramedics arrived to take the auto accident victim to a local hospital where Rebecca hopes that he will survive after the fiery accident on the interstate.
Rebecca and the other man who assisted the man in the auto accident are angels who saved an accident victim.

I have noticed that about seatbelts having a double edged sword.

I agree with you since the duo admitted that they were there to assist someone in need.

That was an extremely heroic thing to do; and the driver is very lucky to have survived.

Why is it the man who extended his help isn't mentioned? Is there a discrimination?

No it was simply that some persons do not like to have their names doing good deeds mentioned in a news story.
