Good morning Wednesday from this side of the planet
. It's 10:30 AM and I am here in my first break at work. It's half an hour break and then I have my last online session from 11-12 and that's all for work at school
It's getting warmer here and we are getting sun since last two weeks. Guess!the short lived winter has already left our place.
I have not been much here since Friday. Well, a lot is keeping me busy in my offline life. I deliberately kept myself away from cyberspace on this weekend to enjoy my time with family and do what needed to be done around.
Now it's February here and it's a short month. I am sure everyone must be working towards their monthly goals and also on their mylot goal. I hope a good month for everyone.
It's also report writing time for teachers. And I have to write detailed reports of 21 children and they have to be submitted by first week of March. That's definitely going to keep me busy beyond my class time and I would be on my laptop. So I hope to peep in more here
in between those report writing.
Now going to my notifications and new discussions. I still have 20 more minutes before I log in for my session.

Thank you. It feels good when people miss us here. Well, the month is short and we need to do a lot to wind up this academic year. But I can't stay away totally from this side. I will definitely peep in here. Anyway I am more on laptop these days doing the report and other works beyond my actual work time.

@arunima25 Today we again have cold waves, although day was sunny, but we are feeling cold in day time. In these day one more site is in discussion, it is Noise.cash. It is some what like Twitter, check this site.

I feel the same way. Very less responses to recent discussions and very few new posts. I guess by Basant Panchami winter would be gone. So enjoy this as long as it is here. Then we have a very long summer.

Yes, they have to be well done and checked well before we hand over to parents. I don't want to rush through and also don't want to do so many together. That might lead to me getting too exhausted and making mistakes there. So I am doing a bit every day. I have kept aside two hours in afternoon after my power nap for it.

It's a lot. And so I have started with it and not leaving it to last moment. I am doing it a little each day. Have kept two hours aside each afternoon for that. I don't want to over exhaust myself by doing all at a time. Also I need to do it the right way before handing it to parents.

@arunima25 I think it is important not to leave tasks like this to the last moment. A better job will be done if you do a few at a time and, should something else turn up toward the end of the period, you won't be so stressed trying to fit in extra tasks.

@JudyEv You are right. And I am a person who can not handle the last minute stress. I always try to finish things before time and leave some time to check, recheck and do the needed corrections. I work better with slow and steady approach.

I am trying to be in warm sun for a while every day. You never know when at our place it will be cloudy and rainy for days together. So make hay while the sun shines

@arunima25 I cannot imagine myself doing this. It is a good thing that teaching online requires only the students' feedbacks every after classes.

It's an elaborate work. I am going slow and steady finishing few every day. I have to do it well. So doing it in rush will not help. Keeping two hours each afternoon to do it. Going at a constant speed would be good. I don't want to over exhaust myself.

@arunima25 Carnevale (Carnival) is a festive season that occurs before the season of Lent. People dress in colorful costumes, they go out to celebrate, there is always free food offered and Float Parades during the Carnival week. Nothing at all this year.

I have the week off on a mini vacation so I have extra time to spend here some days. I was busier than normal yesterday getting ready for an appraiser to come look over our house to determine how much it might sell for if it went on the market.
Since he left I've been mylotting mostly although I also started a load of things in our dishwasher. Son I'll have to do a few other things around here before coming back again.
Now I know why I've not run into you somewhere in mylottville. Maybe you'll do well with your reports so you can be here more but if not there's always March.
Nice that your winter might be leaving already. We have this month and maybe into April before it's is completely gone.

Enjoy your vacation. And mylot is definitely a worth place to spend some good time during our vacation. Get your things done and then you can have a good time here. We don't get extreme winter. We have a pleasant weather throughout year. It's only during December and January,the temperature drops a bit on cooler side.
I am more on laptop writing these reports and I can peep in here every now and then. But I won't have the luxury of spending some good time at a stretch here.

It's the end of this academic year. So a lot to take care of before we wind up this academic year. I am happy that we are getting warm sun everyday since last two weeks.

The day went as planned. Though I wanted to finish one more report today but then I was tired and needed break for the day. I should be able to finish it in time doing a bit every day.
