Special request for banana bread

Well, last week I made banana bread for the first time and I was so chuffed at the way it turned out. I gave some to my Mum and a work colleague and this morning my work mate asked if I would be making any more as she would happily pay for one. Then a phone call from my Mum included a plea to make another banana bread for the weekend please ! How can I refuse !!! I love baking and I am so pleased that they enjoyed it so much.

I use just the regular ones from the supermarket....I didn't know that there were different ones ...
