Took another hike with a buddy today!

It's t-shirt weather out right now (mid-60 F; about 18 C) and my buddy and I took another hike around Berkeley Bulb. Berkeley Bulb is a former land-fill are that is now home to driftwood sculptures and graffiti art, created by local artists.
The sun was shining brightly, and it was low tide, so we managed to scramble across some rocks in the bay without "swimming," and we saw some new creations. We got in 3.5 miles of hiking without too much effort, as the terrain there is pretty flat.
How has your Saturday been? Did you get some exercise?

I've been doing some housecleaning, which I suppose is a form of exercise. I've been having the teens do yard work since the weather is nice, and the little boys have been playing outside.

Not as much as I would have liked, but I plan on doing a workout routine a little latter this evening. So I might make up for lost time. The weather is cool and rainy. Not a good combo to be sure, but still. We're getting the promised rain we were predicted to have. Good thing it happened after we got home.

That sounds like you all had fun. I've been mostly sitting around, the Covid vaccine has made me feel achy and not too great.

@TheHorse We got the Moderna. Read that it's better not to take any pain killers so your immune system can better fight the disease if you get it. So I'll tough it out.

I'm glad you got out and about. Interesting picture. My Saturday was OK. I can't exercise very much; but I do it vicariously through MyLot members such as yourself!
