Tea break...

Good evening from this side of the planet.
It's 6 PM here. I am sitting with the laptop since 4:45 PM as soon as I woke up from my afternoon power nap. Spent some time here on mylot and then moved to my report writing work. I plan to finish two in a day so that I am done with all by this coming weekend. I finished one and started with other one.
Husband was busy with his office call and I looked at the clock. It was 6 and I just said to myself that if he doesn't come down for evening tea now I will not have one for today evening as it is going to be my dinner time in an hour. And then I heard him _" Want to have some tea?"
. Yes, I need one to take a break. As he makes it in the kitchen, I can write this post.
So time for some chit chat over tea. And then I will be back to my laptop till dinner. I finished cooking in the afternoon itself. So no worries!!
My daughter needs my help at 8 for her social science lesson. Nothing much for the evening.

@arunima25 Yes in these I spending some more time online. Now I start to work at some more sites and also trying my hand in writing.

I don't drink tea unless I have to accompany someone. It's only because he offers me, I have it. No addiction of tea or coffee. Many a times I drink milk to give him company while he has tea.
I am a good cook but don't make a nice tea according to his taste. So he only prepares and would ask me when he prepares. That means whether I will give company with tea or milk.We do take coffee sometimes.

@arunima25 Nice to know all that. Although I can prepare better tea to my liking than my wife, I don't prepare it unless it is absolutely necessary.

@msdivkar My husband would not compromise on his tea. So he ends up making it elsewhere too when we visit our in laws or my mom's place or any close friend. Only when it is a too formal one, he would accept it without complaining. He enjoys cooking but hardly gets time for it. So it is once in a blue moon and that too it is mostly barbecue with friends.

I am not a tea or coffee person. I have it only when he offers me and it is because he needs company. Else I would never have it alone.

Having a power nap in the afternoon could really help refresh our mind and body. I am a coffee drinker and the only tea I drink is milk tea. It's very popular in our place.

I neither am addicted to coffee or to tea. It's only sometimes I take it when my husband offers me. He needs a company and many a times I give him company with a cup of hot milk

I enjoy tea with my husband. I don't need tea or coffee. It's only when he offers and he needs company. I had a nice evening. I could finish all that had to be done and hit the bed early last night.

Oh! He always does that. Will always offer me coffee or tea. He is also a good cook. So when he has a free day, I can take a break from kitchen. And sometimes he treats us to special dishes.
