"Can a dog read a human facial expressions?"

I read an article that dogs can read human facial expressions, such as a smile or a frown. I tried to do it with one of my dogs. She only does one rollover and lies down only. I think I need more time to teach her some tricks. "What would you like to train a dog to do? Why?" "Is the master's responsibility to train their pet dogs some tricks?" "Are they any tricks that your pets can do now?" Image Credit: dummies.com

What happened to your pet cats? My cat knows where to poops in the house before and that is in the toilet. It never dared to drink in the toilet bowl.

@May2k8 That's too bad. Are you planning to have another cat?

Maybe they are more reactive to your tone of voice.

I agree. I noticed that my dog followed me with simple instructions.

I think they do but they never care. I think they're trying to train me. At least they understand that my alarm in the morning mean they're getting their food. Even the kittens understand that now.

I noticed that they are so active when it comes to feeding time. However, dogs are far better at following simple instructions than whiskers.

Yes, they do. A new research shows that dogs can understand what's written on our face.

Good to know. I guess if you show your dog some tricks, it will work. Take care

Yes I assume they read but they need some training for that

It needs a lot of patience in teaching them. I wanted my dogs to count, too.
