What did they tell you about online work.

I started working online in 2010. At that time, in this side of the world, very few people knew what working online entails. People didn't really understand why a whole graduate will decide to stick to staying indoors on a computer. I was called so many things including a thief and lazy person. Many never understood how I used to make money yet during the day I used to just sleep. The thing that they didn't know is while they were asleep I was busy doing some writing or transcriptions. The first days it really used to hurt me hearing people discussing my venture negatively especially family. Fast forward 2020 came and those same people who trash talked were busy begging me to teach them how to earn online. The irony of life.

I have been working online with websites that pay me for years too. A lot of people thought it was a scam or a joke. Many of them needed money but they would not even try working from home online even though they were home and had a phone or computer to do so. Makes no sense. None of them begged me for online work but they still belly ache how they have no money. Go figure. I tried to help them but got nowhere with it. They just want handouts but yet they will spend time online in Facebook or playing games too though, which pays nothing. Oh, and they want fast cash too without spending time to earn it!

@mosherii Yes. They do work!!! I have been with them for years and they always pay. I have never missed a payment from them ever and they are always on time. One pays instantly when you cash out too by gift cards, or Paypal. They offer direct deposit also. They have many ways to earn and some of the work/tasks are so easy with simply letting short videos run by themselves and so much more.

Most of the ones I taught, wasted my time and did nothing with it in my experience and to this day belly ache that they have no money for this and that.

I think itvis difficult to work from home and earn enough to pay the bills. I also tried it many years ago and it was fun but in my field of work you have to be in the office and work with a team.

@mosherii That's great! It takes a lot of effort to reach that and be able to earn enough to pay the bills.

Sometimes people simply do not understand the mechanics of things different than what they are used to. Livings are made in many ways. Many people also have difficulty thinking outside the box when it comes to certain things. Including how money is made.

@mosherii But their loss as well. You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot force him to drink.

I no longer care what people think of me. People love to gossip, yet they probably have no inkling of my life. Are you going to teach those people to learn online?

I also started looking for an online opportunity in 2010 and it took me about a year before I finally understand how things work. Unlike others who said they found about it accidentally, I personally look for it. I never stopped since the first day I tried. Though I never considered at as a full time career, I am proud of my achievements. Like you, many people are also inquiring about this in current time. As expected, only a few would continue.

Personally I got interested when I heard a friend to a friend was earning online. She introduced me to academic writing but at some point my morals could not allow me do it hence I ventured to article writing.

Same here but it's okay. Who wants a bunch of whining, lazy cry-babies to compete with anyway?
