What's cooking?

I prepapred prawns in butter and spring onions, which is very easy to cook. I also cooked chicken gizzard adobo with chili.
But I just ate a piece of prawn because my vision started spinning. I don't know how to mend this allergy. Cannot enjoy seafoods to be honest. My father warned me about shrimps and prawns as they are janitors in the sea. Well...
What's lunch there?
Picture is mine.

@Janet357 Yes, that is so true Even those ordinary fish. I looked for sardines today at the market for my cats but the two supermarkets I went to have no available supplies. It's the cheapest. Instead I bought the galunggong at 180 pesos per kilo since it was the only variety with the lowest price.

Food allergies are difficult to get rid of. We have a few in the family that have allergies like this.

Yeah, I can't eat seafood, either, and I love scallops. But the chicken gizzard adobo sounds very good. (I looked up a recipe online to see if I would like it or not.)
I made a chicken liver and cheese sandwich for my breakfast. It was delicious.

@Janet357 I used to eat scallops a lot but have become allergic to them a few years ago. It makes me very sad that I can't have them anymore.
Scallops are a common food in our grocery stores.

Some people are really allergic to shrimps but I know of one who simply ate and outgrew his allergy.
I don't eat gizzards even Filipinos like it for in adobo of sisig.

Today, it's black forest ham cheese sandwich. It's popular so I grabbed a tub when I saw it.

@Janet357 Yes, you coat the big tiger shrimps (not the prawns, those are too small) with a mix of flour shredded coconut and breadcrumbs and fry in a pan. I am 70 now, my husband told me all the day that he cannot set his mind, he does not look a 70 years woman looking at me. He is really sweet, I do not feel 70.
