I was going to head out to get my errands done, I'm having some coffee first instead while chatting with you and God.

Yesterday I decided to stay indoors almost forgetting about bible study later on. The Bible study is asking questions like: God are you there? God are you aware? God so you really care? Because we all have things that don't go right in our lives and wonder why our prayers aren't being answered fast enough. While we are being reminded that God does care, he is aware and he is there we may never know why we aren't getting the healing we need or earning the money we need, etc. I'm learning a lot. I don't agree with everything being taught but God is able via this series to get through my thick noggin some things I need to be reminded of. The main one being that I need to read the Bible more and pray more throughout my day. And, appreciate again how awesome God is. He knew each of us before we were born and wants to help us in our journey. Most of the time we want to be in charge and that's hard to let go and let him lead. If we let him lead more we probably wouldn't be in our predicament. But even then he'll never leave us or forsake us. If you pray, my great niece, Hannah, who is fourteen fell down two stairs hitting her tail bone both in and pushed up and is in a lot of pain. At present she can't stand long nor sit more than fifteen minutes at a time so she's laying on her side. Her physical therapy will be more like a manipulation which won't be fun either. Thank you.

I am very sorry for your great niece, have she seen a doctor? She should have an X-ray to be sure that there is nothing broken.

Yes they did the necessary tests. She wears compression stockings and slipped on the last two steps.

@MarshaMusselman I am really sorry, the reason why I always wear shoes at home is just because I fear to fall on the stairs.

@LadyDuck we told her mom she should wear slippers or socks with grips on the bottom but some people are too hot for that.

I was told many years ago that we talk to God when we pray and we listen to God when we read the Bible. I always keep that in mind every day. I pray and hope that Hannah recovers fully!

That's a good way to look at it but we can also talk to God during our day even when were not actively praying.

It really is hard to accept when a prayer isn't answered quick enough or with the answer we want. I certainly will pray for your great niece. That has to be very painful for her.

Painful and scary after it happened. Their doctor blew it off and said she'd be fine. After she tested she got up and couldn't see but that was related to her body trying to compensate for the pain she was in. They took her too ER too learn that. At least that's no longer any problem.

I know she will get better but it could be a bit before she can sit or stand for longer periods of time.

Thanks for your prayers. I'm sure it will take some time for the bone to get back where it belongs but prayers will help it progress faster.
