Riverhead Town Police Officer Sergeant Jill Kubetz is being called a savior after she answered an emergency call from the persons who were taking care of children at the Pine Tree Day Nursery on Monday morning.
I do not know if Jill is a mom or not but I am sure that she has first aid training when she worked at the police academy which came in handy to assist the infant breathe again since the infant's airway was blocked since a 2 inch Lego piece was stuck inside of the infant.
The infant was then taken to Stony Brook Hospital to be treated for the near death experience and released the same day.
The best part of the police officer saving the life of the infant was that it took her one minute to answer the emergency call since seconds count in these emergencies.

That is true since I am happy to report the good news about a police officer saving the life of a child that was choking on a toy.

I agree with since my belief is that she may have been stationed at the day care center.
