Well, now. Did yesterday’s MOR song shock you? Here’s something a little more my style, right? Even though this did make the “easy listening” it’s more what you think of when you think of me....bands that you’ve never heard of.

And I do like this song, but before Crowded House there was Split Enz, and I love their big hit (such as it was), “I Got You,” much more than this. But hey, keep it in the family!
Brothers Neil and Tim Finn were in Split Enz, and Neil founded Crowded House. Tim later joined. Nowadays, Neil is one of two substitute guitarists for Lindsey Buckingham in Stevie Nicks & Friends, I mean, Fleetwood Mac.
But oh, what a great song to take you back to the mid-80s!!!

@FourWalls he knew a lot of new wave songs (it was called the uk/british invasion here) that were popular here that didn't seem as popular in the us.
