What is going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
I am polishing off the last of the leftover artichoke cakes and quinoa. They are so good! I might have some balsamic marinated cucumbers too. I love those.
That is what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I had a spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries from a local fast-food chicken joint. It was more of a combo lunch/dinner deal. I'll probably get hungry again in a few hours and heat up some of the leftover homemade chicken noodle soup I made yesterday.

I made some rice for the lentils this moring. And although I have other food, including lentils, I preferred to heat some rice and fry a couple of eggs sunny side up to go with it.

Hello, I’m Indonesian. I had “tumis kangkung” in here as my dinner menu. Vegetable kale cooked with oil and spices plus little soy sauce. For the side dish, I had fried tofu and milkfish. All eaten with rice and chili shrimp paste, or we here called it “sambal terasi.” So yummy...
