The Dude Abides and Entertains

The cat door to the screen room is closed when we are not home. Just in case a stray cat happens to visit, they could push their way through the screen if they tried. To be safe, it is closed. When I get back from my appointment just now, I opened the door and both the Dude and Brendel went out to soak in the sunshine rays. I got my phone to snap a photo of the Dude asleep on his back. It only took five minutes and he was snoring. Brendel came back in when she saw the camera. But right as I snapped the photo, the Dude raised up his back leg to stretch out. He has to be the most chilled cat ever.

@CarolDM Makes sense that it would be closed when you are not home. That is nice that they have a door to go in and out of. The photo of the Dude is really cute.

Little Girl (our small tuxedo cat) loves to lay like that at times and also loves to tease our small dogds to chase her out the doggied/cat door and then run back in and run down the hall and jump over the child door into her/sis'es room where they can't go.
