Sometimes A Salad is Sufficient

Sometimes all I want is a good salad for dinner. Tonight is one of those nights.
I had on hand most of what I wanted to add. Lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sunflower seeds, and croutons. And a little Ranch dressing. Dinner is ready.
I enjoy eating light meals. They seem to be healthier as well.
Snapped this photo of my salad, just because I could.
Have a good evening everyone. I have a few things to watch on Netflix later.

I do as well. This was easy since I had what I wanted. I also like cobb salads and chef salads. We have had lots of sunshine and 60 degrees, so it tasted really good. I know there are many cool days left before spring. But it is coming soon.

I love a good salad. I really used to like Wendy's salad bar. But they discontinued it.

@CarolDM - I do too! Do you like fruit on your salad? I love fruit. My husband didn't like them. I liked dried fruit like raisins or fresh fruit like sliced nectarines.

That makes me hungry for a good salad. I have to limit them, though. Too many intestinal obstructions.
