Another nice day here, got all the way up to 47 F and sunny all day. I could deal with this weather all the time. They are saying that on Tuesday we are supposed to get put to 66 F. That would be a beautiful day for use this time of year. We’ll see If it actually happens or not.
So, any of you that know the Blackhawks you might know who Brent Seabrook is. He was a defenseman for the last 15 years on the team. He was there for the three Stanley Cup wins and has been a big part of the team for many of the years. He announced his retirement today. He has been out on injury this whole season and finally is hanging up his skates. Even though the last two seasons he has missed a lot due to injuries I think it is a good time for him to retire.
It's finally the weekend for me and I am going to try to enjoy it as much as I can. I actually will start the weekend with a little nap. I hope you all have a good weekend.

I'm glad to hear that Brent Seabrook is retiring. Many professional athletes do this, so their retirement isn't spent in chronic suffering and pain. All those injuries they end up with, eventually their healings will slow down.

@Bensen32 Brent wants to retire, before he can't retire without permanent disabilities.

I always hate to see great players retire when they are not at the top of their game. It would have been nice if Seabrook could have stayed healthy enough to have a great season this year, and then retire so he could go out on top.
