Coffee, Tea or Milktea?

my iced americano

What do you prefer? Do you have any "preferred time" to drink your coffee, tea or milktea? Lately, I have been into coffee. That aroma that just gets into my nostrils and my lungs seemed to love it too. But, knowing the effects, I have been hesitant to take more than two cups err mugs. One after I woke up and the second is when I just wanted to have another cup rather than have a breakfast.. The lazy girl seems so proud. Then I wanted to make "adjustments" on my coffee intake, my friend and I went to this coffee shop, whom a relative recommended. And my eyes went straight to..."ICED AMERICANO" It was a hot afternoon and having an iced coffee sounds nice. I am a risk taker, I took the risk of what will happen to me after drinking or even drinking the americano. Will my heart beats faster? Well, it does. But when we went there, AGAIN, I know I am in big trouble. I stopped drinking. Heart beats faster, felt like throwing up. So I gulped down some water. Knowing our family has history of heart related deaths, I HAVE TO STOP. I haven't seen most of my sibs for a year now, I have to be careful. Yes, I am paranoid, crazy or whatever, but that scared me to death. I have lie-lowed. So, we change coffee shop.

Always been black coffee or green tea. Not a fan of milk tea or any of those fancy drinks.

I’ve never had milk tea, but heard lots about it. Coffee is fine for me.

I really don't have a preferred time because my hours fluctuate so much daily.

I drink decaf coffee when the mood strikes and usually in the office. I can't stand iced anything so I drink it hot. Good for when I need to calm my nerves.

@Lucky15 Espresso outside of Italy is usually pretty bad, even here in Switzerland near the border is not as good as on the other side of the border.
