Cleaning is good exercise for me.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis and it limits me a lot of times on what I can and cannot do daily. I was able to almost get one whole room deep cleaned today. I am happy about that. I still have a few things left to do in here though but I can continue with that tomorrow or the next chance I get to finish it. I did like getting the much needed exercise doing it too. That made me feel a little better also after being caged up all winter.

My aunt has Fibro and she goes through periods where it's all she can do get out of bed. Then times when she's able to do so much. I don't wish that or any kind of nerve degenerative disease on anyone.

Oh I have been there so many times. It is very painful. It is misery, especially till they get you on the right medication. I could not hardly do anything at all. It was awful.

@stephcjh That was my aunt for years + the fibro fog. She's finally gotten a medicine that works for her thankfully. I had a co-worker who had fibro + migraines going for her and she somehow managed to work through it.

At least you got it done. That's the most important thing.

@kaylachan You got that right. It never ends. Once you think you are done, it is time to start over again.

I'm sorry you suffer from those physical problems. It does limit what a person can and cannot do every day. It's good you could get the cleaning done and got exercise while you did.

Great icon. I'm a big Peanuts fan! Cleaning can be a good diversion sometimes. Not fun but it makes you feel like you accomplished something that day. And with your arthritic condition it must be really satisfying

Thank you. I love charlie Brown and Snoopy!!! I agree. The house needs deep cleaned and I finally got around to getting started on it. Yes. Very satisfying. I was so grateful that my condition allowed me to do something like that.

I like to help and move around the house every hour or so. That is the best exercise for me mentally too as I am retired now. Due to this pandemic, I do not move out much except for the essentials.

Thank you Tina. I stayed at it for the most part and took some breaks to come back online as well. Getting ready to eat as soon as my hubby gets home from work with our food he had to stop and pick up. I haven't ate all day and he hasn't either yet.

Good for you. My grandmother had arthritis about half of her life, could only do one thing of great value: crochet. She crocheted 9 full bedspreads, took her about a year each_ and many, many smaller pieces.
