So far, so good

I had my second Covid vaccination yesterday. After such pain last time for several days after the first one, I was really dreading this one. But it's been so much better! My arm is sore, of course, but I haven't been so sick today. I feel a little achy, but a Tylenol and an NSAID helped. I think if I were going to have as painful a reaction, it would have happened by now. Our grandson Nathan is here for the weekend and he and I are planning to go to church in the morning, then out to eat afterwards. (My husband will be in a concealed carry class all day.) So, anyway, so far, so good. Yay for me!!!

I remember that you wrote about the very bad reaction you had to the first shot, I am really glad that this time it's only a sore arm.

@1creekgirl I imagine you were nervous getting the second shot.

@JudyEv Do you feel you all have as many cases of Covid per capita as the US?

Me too. I was really dreading it. Have you been able to get your shot yet or are you planning to?

@1creekgirl We'll get it when it becomes available. We're well behind the US with getting the vaccine distributed.

Glad this one went easier! Would be hard to go back for a second one when the first caused discomfort.

Oh, just saying why he won't be going to church with us in the morning. His class is about eighty miles away and is all day.

I hope that you remain as well as you feel now. Do they use the same arm for both shots?

As you saw, I have my first one today. Biggest pain was the hour of my life gone. No side effects so far.

Good for you! My husband had the chills really bad after the first shot; but he didn't have any reaction with the second. We were surprised.
