yes, they replaced the modem , i think.

At present there are only 2 internet providers in our country competing to be the best at present and I guess some small time providers too, who also wants to compete. promising to give the speed the customer wants but with a higher price.. That scenario I don't because I can not afford their price.

yes, that;s very true. The highest in Asia I guess and the slowest with regards to speed aside from the late service repairs.
