Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 50 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore this morning. Sweet!
I am working today of course. This afternoon we have a virtual workshop for professional development. I have no idea what it is about. Hopefully it will be something useful.
After work I am going to try one of my new plant-based meal kits--truffle pasta with mushrooms. Sounds good to me!

I had never tasted truffle. Enjoy it Chicaa. Not much here today just preparing.
Son has a doc appt he is very ill.

I just have odds and ends to do. I am going to have to figure out something to do with my riding lawn mower before the season starts. I would like to get a new one. with the stimulus check but it would of course be cheaper to get a refurbished one. I wish I could get in touch witht he guy who sold me this one..It wasn't new but it lasted a number of years, plus I am sure he would take my old mower.

I've never tasted a truffle. I am trying to finished up reading the Discussions and Notifications without falling asleep again. lol
