Yesterday Dixie made the apricot brandy while I made the calf foot cheese and the tongue.
I remembered when we got together with friends years ago to sew or knit. We need clubs, social instances and the like. This pandemia is taking evertthing out of out lives.
This year it was a dry year so the apricots were few. I´ll water it next year as the apricot brandy is much too good to have little.

It turned out delicious but it is too little. I need more of those apricots.

Yes this virus is sure something. Sorry to hear about the apricots I hope you get a better crop of them come next year. I never had apricot brandy is it sweet?

It is because you place the apricots first in a strong liquor and then add syrup to the liquor.

Soon you will be able to socialize again, although I saw that Brazil is having a great surge in COVID cases - I hope that doesn't happen in Chile. Apricot brandy sounds delicious.
