Late and lazy

I am having such a hard time deciding on meals in the evenings. It is time for a break, Spring Break, that is.
So, I ate a meat and cheese sandwich for a sort of snack because I had left it from lunch. That meant I did not really need a meal.
Bob and I went out to Sonic for peanut butter milk shakes. It was a good enough evening meal. What a cheat I am today.

That sounds very good. I do try to prepare in advance and I actually have food that can be served, I just do not want to garnish it and prepare the sides, etc.

@GardenGerty I like to cook, I always did even when I was working and busy all the day. There are days that I feel tired, so I trim on the sides.

Yes, mostly we eat healthy foods and once in a while we can have a treat. I also eat fresh fruits and vegetables for more nutrition.

I will clean out and organize my refrigerator this week and that will help.

I just ordered groceries yesterday and knowing what I am like when it comes to fixing my own meals I make it simple I can make cream cheese and peanut butter with jelly sandwiches. I got hot dogs that I eat with sauerkraut is a bun, and lean frozen hamburgers I broil up in my toaster oven so am sure not to miss any meals,

We have had some meals like that this week and I will likely have more as we go along. I have some roast pork that I need to put a sauce on and eat and will have that done this weekend.

That is the way to go. We have a burn ban right now. I am not sure if that extends to barbecues or not. The rains moving through are helpful to prevent fires.
