I mash the avocado (or half of it depending on size), add olive oil and salt and put it on toast. I add mashed avocados to hot dogs too.

That is very good. It is a good way to use overripe avocados. If they’re on sale due to ripeness, you can use them as a spread for your bread.

We are used to dice and put sugar and milk in it. Never thought it could be use as a spread.

Avocado is one of the paporite fruits of our family but it's not mixed with bread, we consume it by making juice if it's not in small slices then sprinkled with sugar, of course, after the skin and seeds are removed first

If you have an open sandwich and the avocado is not very big it is easy to eat the whole thing in one shot.
