I have several health conditions but I am going to try to exercise. I really want to lose weight to improve my health and look but it is so hard because of my limitations. I am going to try to exercise though.
I would love to weigh what I used to weigh before my health conditions took over.
I rarely have the time or the energy left for it daily though but I am going to try my best.
Wish me luck.
Thank you.

Thank you. I just did 5 minutes on my exercise bike. My legs got tired quick and sore but i will do another 5 and see how it goes.
I will start out in 5 minutes sessions as to try to not overdo it where I am unable to use it at all.
Thank you for the motivation though and suggestion. I have a movie on right now to keep me occupied while cycling.

I am also trying to lose weight.
I am also exercising but it is really hard to find a good schedule as I work part time in the afternoon and mornings are dedicated to the online class of my kids. I usually get 20-30 min of exercise. I do arms, legs, abs and that's it for me

Me too. Covid-19 home time brought pounds. My doctor wants me to loose the weight. So I'm trying apple cider vinegar drops in ice cold water. Just a jigger if water with a dozen or do drops and ice cubes, gulp down with my sweet coffee nearby.
It's working. Eating more veggies and fruits too.

I have the apple cider vinegar as well. I need to start back on it. I know they say to give it time for the apple cider vinegar to start working in your body.
I know I got discouraged before but it takes two to three weeks from what I have heard to start telling the difference and it is good for your gut health etc.

Do start again, for it'll help you. But, do as you like, for you know what's best for yourself.

@heyitsalissa Yeah. I am sore due to my health conditions though. Not from the actual exercising.
I have Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis.

@stephcjh That's good. They say it is effective when you feel sore.

I'm not so good at exercising myself. What I mainly do is walk.

Yeah. I don't get out much and my neighbor drives me crazy if I wanted to go walking so I try to exercise in the house instead by mainly walking in here or dancing.

Same here. I have had health conditions come on me for the last 7 years so it is hard for me also.

I find pool exercise to be effective and less painful .

Just start slow and build on it each day. Even if its just one more step walking.

Good luck. I'm unable to exercise; and it makes weight loss almost impossible.

You can start with slow walking if feel so weak then increase the intensity with bodyweight exercise.
Good Luck!

Do not push yourself too hard, maybe 5-10 minutes during the first weeks. And take breaks when you feel the need to.
