My phone was not on mute since I was expecting a package today. I only mute it whenever I surf the internet. I only check for updates for 5-10 minues. But then I got so busy with work & here, that when I managed to check my phone, I realized that I forgot to turn off the WIFI connection and also there were 2 missed calls and a text from the delivery guy, almost 2 hours ago. 
Just perfect~ 
My package hasn't been cancelled yet, hopefully they'll try to deliver again.

@lady1993 Time to change your phone maybe. My phone’s WiFi and bluetooth are always on. Doesn’t drain my battery.

Hope you contact the delivery guy and everything shorted out.
I always keeps my phone on mute and vibrating mood..thats why i carry it most of the time.

Usually the delivery continues until they meet the right address, sometimes my smartphone doesn't make a sound and maybe it's because I turned the volume down to only 1%. If it is not delivered that day they will send it the next day, but if they haven't found it in 3 days then they will cancel and return the item to the warehouse.
