Easter Bunny Came Early

Was in the screen room earlier looking at the plants and trees in the yard. Nothing new except buds and a few leaves sprouting out. Spring is trying to come through little by little. Noticed this little bunny rabbit sitting in front of the butterfly bush. He freezes when he sees me. A survival instinct they seem to have. I see these rabbits year round in the yard. It gives me time to snap a photo. For now, all I see are purple weeds. But blooms will be here soon. Looks like the Easter bunny came early.

oh wow!!! how cute !! we don't have these kind of animals here! we only have homeless dogs and cats and we have one kind of bird thats it!

@didinedhia There is a legal time for hunting, but I don't want these hunted. They are more like pets to me.

Oh ma gah that is so cute! Perfect for Easter! We don't get rabbits in our area . . . so it's a thrill if we spot one while hiking

@much2say Yes they do. I have two rows of cypress trees that make a great cover in the winter for them.
