@marguicha I like chicken à La Provençale, I often prepared it when we lived in the south of France. I have chicken legs and tights I am going to make it.

I was going to get out only one piece but then I baked it all. I am now eating it cold. Tomorrow I might make a cold salmon potato salad.

I used to give my dogs the really soft backbones, skin and pin bones out of a can of salmon. They loved it!
