Must be the hormones that I’m not getting the much needed sleep these days. I would wake up too early and not be able to go back to sleep. Thanks to lavender oil that I’ve been diffusing i could sleep early but I’d wake up too many times at night.
Last night i decided to use valor essential oil in addition to lavender, lemon, and rc. I not only slept early but i woke up before 7am and not before 6 feeling well rested!
I’ll definitely be using this oil every single night. Did i mention it helps those who have sleep apnea too or is snoring loudly? If you’re snoring you can add a drop of this oil to your big toe before sleeping. It’s magic!
How have you been sleeping lately?

@toniganzon My sleep schedule is very different because of the hours my husband I both work. I wake up many times too no matter when I go to bed.

Wow, I should consider this oil. I snore loudly. Lol. I hope the smell of lavender with lemon?? isn't overpowering as I am kinda allergic to lavender scents... I was once rushed to the ER because I had difficulty breathing after using a lavender scented M&S bath shower. Doctor had to inject me with antihistamine.
Good to know it's worked well on you.

You must have gotten the allergy from a synthetic scent and not the natural one. I’m allergic to chemicals and synthetic scent. That’s why i only use potent oils that was extracted directly from the plant. And only the brand Young Living oil has that. Just one drop is enough and no it’s not overpowering.

@toniganzon thank you for the info. I've got friends who sell that brand. May have to inquire when I get the chance.

I’m so sorry. Having too much on your mind can really make your brain active and sleeping becomes elusive. Hard to shut down an active mind.

As long as you get a deep sleep that’s enough.

Wow, the only time that could happen to me is when I’m troubled or drank coffee that day.

I average about 2 hours a night. I could use something to help me sleep. I looked it up on the internet and it appear to be very expensive.

Yes it's pricey.
2 hours a night? Wow. That's too short for me.

The diffuser and the oil, i buy only from Young Living online. I am a member of Young Living but even if you’re not a member you can still purchase.

@simplfred It’s actually expensive. The diffuser can cost from more than 3k to 5k and the oil is from 800php to 4K. Depending on what type of oil. And the oil content is usually 5ml. You can also get the 15ml for some selected oils and of course the price is even higher.
There are some who sell the oils cheap on shopee but i cannot guarantee you the authenticity and the potency of the oils as i get mine only from Young living.

Could be the change in climate? Or hormones.

@toniganzon The change in seasons often bring it on. Hormones could as well.
