Let me share this prompt that was shared by my friend on Facebook. It was clear that scammers are spreading this to gain money from the innocent souls in my country. They are making them scared and asking to get a covid test kit amounting to Php 2, 500 ($51.59). What a scheme to take advantage of the situation at present. This is being shared to be vigilant. Have you encountered or received any prompts like this?

I received nothing like this, but we have the right to have 5 free testing kits per year... no one would reply.

It is really bad for them to do this. In fact, swab testing is not required when traveling to other cities now.

No, haven't been asked or seen this. If the tests are legit with real and true results, it may be a good thing to buy

It will be a good idea if they are not scammers. It is best to undergo swab testing and the like to legit facilities than buying them online.

No scam like that here. At least not that I know of. Most testing are made for free at government hospital. Unless you're rich, you'll be willing to spend to do it at private hospital. I hope none would fall for this.

I can only shake my head in discust. If it's not bad enough that the powers that be, insist on a covid test every time you cough, (heaven forbid you get sick with literally anything else) someone is atempting to make money off of it. Lord knows govornments are already profiting.
