Hello

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters

It is night time here and I don`t feel sleepy

I did watched some romantic movie on Netflix and enjoyed eating some Chips while watching

I know that I need to control eating junk food too but I did eat it before 6pm

and I didn`t finished the whole pack.

How about you my dear mylotters? What do you love to eat while watching TV?

For some reason we don’t eat snacks while watching TV. Once in a while we have a piece of chocolate.

I am not a snacking type of person so no snack for me while watching tv. I hardly snack too.

I live alone so I eat all my meals while watching TV and usually there are no junk foods.

I don't normally eat anything while watching t.v. but on the other hand, I don't normally watch nearly as much t.v. Typically, my husband and I will watch a little something during dinner. Currently, it's season 4 of Married at first sight.

I do enjoy eating popcorn or chips or pretzels, but I'm trying to get out of the habit of eating while watching TV.
