I was back at work today and it was a pretty slow day, but that is alright tomorrow is Friday. I’m ready for the weekend.
So $2.3 trillion infrastructure bill Joe is trying to push through and what is this money going to go to? Let’s see they have told us so far $621 billion for surface transportation, what ever that exactly means. There is $400 billion for elderly and disabled Americans, and $300 billion for domestic manufacturing.
That seems alright I guess but would like to know more detail of what and how that is really going to cover. My public school education tells me there is still a trillion left to talk about and so far all I have hear was that will go towards “other efforts”. Maybe it’s just me but I would like to hear a little more detail on what “other efforts” means.
How are we going to pay for this $2.3 Trillion? I guess we are going to raise corporate taxes by 7%. Now, I wont pretend to know much about that but, seems like a pretty big jump but will that pay off this bill? What corporations will get hit with that bill and how will it effect me?
Seems like a lot of unanswered questions right now and my guess is Mr and Mrs. Public will not get all the details on it until it is to late.

I fully agree with you... who is going to pay for that? Plenty of ideas, but no answers to questions about money. I would love to refurbish the house, did a few things in the garden... but who pays for that? A country is not different from a family.

Just political bs to make him look good to the general public, but won't ammount to nothing. In addation we can see inflation go up to compensate. It's already happening in some places. My internet bill went up three dollars.
