The Cult is On...Whoah?!?

The neighbors started to sing God's songs again today. I am not against this but they should be in their church. My mom is laughing it out by saying "The cult is here again to disturb the neighborhood." I am not going to mention the religion because I do not want to offend anyone here. I am not sure if the young lady downstairs will react differently sooner or later. I had posted last week that it happened in full force. Why not do the worshipping virtually instead? Does it need to gather together and do this? Image Credit: incimages.com

Yes, they do, because a screen isn't the same as in-person. Humans were designed to be social, physical creatures. Otherwise, we would've been made of plastic and walking around with electric cords instead of brains.

I can comprehend the situation. However, they still need to follow the health protocols, especially social distancing.

@Shavkat Not going to happen. We're free-thinking people, so you know following guidelines will only last for so long before someone decides they've had enough. Should, and do are two different things.

@kaylachan The only thing that I know of is that they are violating the simple rule in my country. Regardless, I do not mind at all as long as they will not disturb us at night. However, they did disturb us last night with their loud voices.

How many are they exactly? Are they wearing face masks and face shields? Are they practicing social distancing?

@allen0187 They are near reaching patience tolerance. The shocking information is the pastor is coming from Manila. My mom once told them that they might bring covid here.

More or less 15 cult members. All things that you said were not being practiced.

That's the real fact that the locals are whining about. It seems that their minds are still corrupted.

They really should show more respect for their neighbors, what if one of them is of a different religion?

I agree. They seem not that sensitive enough. They should not wait for anyone of us to report them.

Definitely, it is not allowed. That's why we are freaking out whenever they do this. Last week, my mom called the attention of one of the cult members that it is not allowed. Well, they are really hardheaded souls.

@rakski It will come to that point. There is one reason why I cannot do it because it is hassle to waste time with these people.

If they do get together, they really need to show concern and wear masks and keep a standard distance from each other.

Sad to say, they did not do these necessary health precautions. As they always claimed: 'They are only the ones that God will save."

They follow God's Shadow and praise to it,sing to it,they snuggled together like they're not the lost sheep in the hymns to God.It's all the formalism. The real Believer to God only have the faith in his(or her) heart and sing the hymn alone to God. Why do the believer have to be alone and believe in God by his heart?Be careful of Judas around you, they will errode your faith and let you be in an religionary ecstasy. You think it's the enlightenment,it's just the blind passion.I love the Sartre's saying:"Hell is other people",Stay alone and sing the prayer to God in your heart is the best way to follow the Mighty Lord.

You have a point. For me, it is not the right time to be gathering together.

No, the people don't need to be together to worship their God. If they are breaking curfew or other rules/regulations in place there you need to report them.

You have a good sound judgment about it. I do agree that they need to be reported.
