Finally it's over......

Good afternoon from this side of the planet. It's 4:10 PM as I write this post. 
And I am tired and yawning. I would post this one and take a power nap. 
I have not been much here since the beginning of this month. A lot happening in personal and professional lives to keep me away from cyberspace. It was a sad news( if you read my last post) that was too much to handle emotionally. Good that I had enough to take care of and that helped to stay distracted.
The carpentry project got over just now and here I post the picture of my finished walk in wardrobe/closet. It's a long stretch and I used this view to cover up the maximum. This is the best shot I could get. I am happy with the finished product and things turned out as visualised and expected
This carpenter fellow is always upto our expectations.. So all worth the wait and living in mess and chaos for three weeks.
Now the major work of arranging things inside comes. Well, today I had busy day at work and I am tired doing the cleaning. So now I need some rest. I would do a bit of arrangement post dinner. I have around 150 notifications and I plan to knock as much as I can before bedtime.

@arunima25 If I am not wrong mica and lamination is same thing, corona is spreading too much fast and it is more dangerous. Here we have partial lockdown till the 3rd May, take care

@anil02 I guess it is the same.
We too have partial lockdown, night curfew and weekend complete lockdown till 3 May. A lot more new restrictions. This second wave looks scarier than first one. We all need prayers. Stay safe and let's keep praying for everyone.

I got positive with the virus and so resting a lot in home isolation. I am recovering well.

@LadyDuck I am much better now. Almost fully recovered but yes a bit low on energy. The virus is really ruthless. I wanted to come here and make a post about my sickness but I had no strength. I am taking ample rest. Thank you for your concern and comforting words.

I planned to finish the setting in vacation. But as soon as the vacation started, I got the virus. Recovering in home isolation.

@m_audrey6788 Yes. I got covid but had very mild symptoms. I am in home isolation and managing well. On my way to recovery

The walk is the closet looks fancy. Well be starting some of our updating soon enough but instead of starting with the cabinets well be working on the bathroom floor and replacing the toilet along with enlarging the door to the kitchen. The rest will be a bit later.

@arunima25 the person doing the work couldn't start until the beginning of May. That's giving me time to maybe paint the walls first to get ready for the flooring.

I am happy with the outcome. I have not gone upstairs in last three weeks. Firstly I was isolated downstairs in a room. And now I need to gather some strength to go upstairs. I don't want to see my plants in garden left uncared for almost a month now. I will go up when I have some strength to do gardening.
My wallk in closet is yet to be arranged. All clothes and stuff are lying on bed and carpet. Husband has covered them with sheet and using half of bed for the time being.

It seems like you got a really good deal! My daughter is also dreaming of having a walk-in closet. Maybe someday. For now, I need to work hard and continue to think of ways from which I could have multiple sources of income. Congratulations!

Glad that you liked it. Well, I am still to arrange it. I was waiting for vacation and as soon as vacation started, I got the virus. I have not seen this new closet in last two weeks of my isolation in a room downstairs. I am missing my garden upstairs too. My plants are left uncared for for a long.
