I technically work within two special education cooperatives. The main one has no school today.
I ride the bus with two students who are from our area but their specialized classes are in the other school
They have school today. So I will work about three hours, maybe less today.
Better paycheck later.
Also no more days off from school the rest of the year. Well, Saturdays and Sundays but none other.
I am headed out the door. Good morning.

Since I am just on bus duty for the one, it only gets complicated if we have different days off or dismiss early. I ride because of behavior and health issues.

Only a less complex afternoon bus ride. Maybe ten minutes shorter.

Do you find it tough working between the two schools?
We have a very short summer vacation this year and teachers are taking turns to go on vacation.

My duties for the one school are only bus duties so it fits well. It is only a problem if one is off and the other is not. I think our scheduled vacation is pretty near normal this year.

We have time off from May 25 through about August 10.
