Do you go out for a night walk?

Hello Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters I woke up in a very nice kind of weather. sunny but cool air. I like it that way much better than very cold without any signs of sun. Yesterday, even though the weather is really cold. I still went out for a night walk and it was great. I don`t see too much people outside. It was very peaceful. I like night walk because it helps to digest the food that I ate at dinner time. Then if I got home still not feeling sleepy. I do mylotting How about you my dear mylotters? Do you go out for a night walk? Is it helping you digest your food? I mean you don`t feel so full after having a good walk at night? Over here it's night curfew so can't go out after 8pm. Before that too didn't use to go for night walk. I prefer morning walks. Have a good day. Take care

Having a night walk after dinner is a good idea but I don't do it as I have my dinner quite late.

Maybe you eat too late and too much in the evening. If you ate earlier and less, you wouldn't need a walk to digest.

I`m not so sure but I don`t eat too much at night time. I eat at around 4:30pm and will have a walk at around 7pm just around our place

Yes. It is actually not too dark. It was around 7pm night time and peaceful. Do you walk at night time too?

I don't often go for walks in the evenings. I usually go during the day. At the moment, we have an 8pm curfew, so we can't really be out late anyway.

I do not like to walk when it is dark outside, even if we live in a safe area, this can be dangerous.

Where I stay you can't roam outside anyhow its very risky and unsafe. People stay indoors.
