Do you like yogurt?

Windy afternoon here at my end and I’m currently taking this yogurt bought at the nearby convenience store along with caramel popcorn. I’m feeling better now after feeling unwell at noon when I drop by at a store in the city proper. It’s too hot outside that time though it’s just a few meters walk away from home so I immediately buy a bottle of water to keep my body hydrated. I also experience heart palpitations but I tried to compose myself. I think we are experiencing a typhoon here because last night there was a heavy downpour of rain right after I step inside home and I think there will be in a couple of hours.

We are having a lot of rain here in the southern part of the U.S. I'll be glad when April is over and we get to the regular short afternoon rain showers and not these all day, all night affairs.

@ZedSmart We have flash flooding alerts for much of southern Louisiana where we are from. We now live in Mississippi, and not too far away.

I love yogurt! My favorite flavor would be strawberry I love also yogurt with jelly on top of it.

I buy both Pascual and Nestle Greek yogurt, and Dutchmill yogurt drinks. I think Typhoon Bising was spotted near Surigao and will also affect the Visayas and Bicol regions. Do you have high BP?

Gotta stay hydrated, man. As for yogurt, I used to hate it. Now I can tolerate it. But it is something I rarely eat and something I never crave.

I like yogurt, but eating this it gives me a diarhea.. I don't know why or maybe I have a sensitive stomach when it comes in creamy or dairy foods
