@Lucky15 Yeah, we half way vaccinated be fully vaccinated next month but will probably still be cautions for a while. The bad thing is people are being less cautious because of the vaccinations and you can never tell. Many people here just do not care and have no problem getting other people sick.

The fish that I bought was this what we call boneless milkfish, it was cut in half and bones were removed. and got three

fish goes a long way. same here, beef if i eat too much, i get constipated
