Feta Rucola Omelette

Was the first recipe that I have cooked from my modern cooking machine Thermomix . I have chosen the easiest recipe and the one that won’t take time, 30 minutes all in all. As it was the first time I have used the Thermomix, the half an hour turned to 1 hour as it took me a while to understand all how I could used the machine. The ingredients were only eggs, double cream, feta cheese, rucola or arugula salad, cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper. I was supposed to have dried salted tomatoes but I didn’t find them in the supermarket when I was grocery shopping last Thursday. The omelette was not fried in the thermomix but steamed. The steamed feta rucola omelette was delicious but it was a bit watery. I would love to make this food again but in the frying pan. Thank you for reading. Have a nice new week everyone. It was @DianneN. I said to my husband yesterday that omelette in a frying pan is faster than in this machine. Well, I am not used to this machine, yet and so it takes time.

I wonder why it would have turned out a bit watery? Maybe the tomatoes? In any event, I am not going to lie. That looks delicious and would definitely have a spot on my plate.
