My ex keeps on sending messages on FB last night. I do not want to offend in all directions, so I just informed her that still teaching online. Luckily, she stopped nagging me
and it was a good excuse for me, right? I am not sure how do you exit yourself to someone whom you are trying to ignore or get away from.
Do you find it not easy to give a good excuse?

I am quite straightforward, polite and firm. So if I don't want to talk or entertain someone, I will either put it clearly and politely or just ignore it. I know it's tough but I have learnt it now. I don't want to make excuses.

@Shavkat You are right. Sometimes silence is more powerful and effective.

I just don't reply to them when I'm done talking. They get the message without me having to give an excuse.
You know she wants your booty, right?

@DaddyEvil Oh, my. She wants all of me.
I started to ignore her messages now. There is no need to have excuses.

@Shavkat That's probably the best thing to do. It discourages without giving room for hurt feelings.

Your "ex" is obviously still in love with you and can't get over you not loving her anymore. She can't move on that's why she still sends you messages and nags you like as if she is still your girlfriend.

I agree. It is best to ignore her. Besides, there is no need to be connected with her since she ended the relationship with me for finding a new love for a particular person before. Now, she is single and telling all the stories to me, which I am not interested in at all.
