What are the foods you used to like/love that you are now avoiding?

For me, avoiding the food that I used to love eating is not easy. But time will just come that it’s no longer healthy for our body to regularly take those foods as it can trigger health conditions in us. It really takes time for us to develop the ability to avoid those stuffs and there’s a tendency we will get tempted to take even just a little. But of course we must bear in mind that it is for the sake of our well being and if we try to break the limitations it’s only us who will also suffer after.

It's hard to get rid of some foods, but it is important if we want to stay healthy. I liked hot dogs and I do not even buy anymore.

Oh! Yes, it's not good because it can trigger the spike of your blood sugar level.

@ZedSmart Yes. That`s right. Even softdrinks can make my sugar level high so quick. That`s why I`m also avoiding that too

I love scallops but have become allergic to them. The last time I ate some I was hospitalized for two days.

I guess it's candy.I was addicted to the candy when i was a child.I always bought and ate a lot of candies to kill the time. But it badly eroded my teeth, and it made me have the serious toothache. Now i seldom eat the candy.Sometimes,i will eat a little candy when i go out shopping.

Goodness! Toothache is very horrible. I did not experience it as a childe but only when I'm already an adult. I'm more on menthol candies nowadays but not too often.

I can't eat salads or nuts like I used to for health reasons. Sure would love a good salad, though.

Red meat and French fries. I'm not really avoiding them but I like moderating my intake so I can continue being healthy.

@mildredtabitha I was advised by my doctor to avoid eating fatty foods often. For drinks, coffee and carbonated as well as those that can trigger my acid reflux.

Anything in moderation is goos as long as you still don't have problems with what you eat.
