Fried tomatoes. Yummy!

I love eating fried tomatoes. They are so sweet. I just decided to fry one now.
The picture shows how they look after I chop and cook.
I love circle shapes. When I fry, I don't let them overcook. I fry both sides with little oil and I sprinkle some salt. It's so sweet. Even much sweeter when you put the cooked pieces between a fried egg and eat.

Have you tried frying green tomatoes? A lady I watch on YouTube does that and she likes them better than the riper red tomatoes. Why don't you try that?

Wow! I've never tried it. I never even knew that green tomatoes could be eaten. Yes I will try that soon. Have you tried them too?

@DocAndersen oh! I now get it. We also have seasons when tomatoes are plenty and cheap but sometimes they are few and expensive

I don`t eat fried tomatoes alone. I usually add with some meat or eggs to be able to enjoy it. Although I eat it fresh when I make salad

Yes the are. It's only today that I ate them only because I finished all the eggs fee days ago. But it's true, they are sweet with eggs. I will try frying green tomatoes too and see how they taste.

@allen0187 raw is sweet too but cooked or fried produces more chemical(I forgot the name) that is good in preventing cancer

I love to fry green tomatoes. After slicing them, I put yellow corn meal, salt and black pepper, then fry in hot oil until crisp and tender. Yours look yummy.
