What a wonderful Wednesday...........

When I woke this morning to let Roscoe out it was raining, all those rain dances paid off. We didn't get a lot of rain but every little drop was precious.
Then I called Carol to ask if I could introduce Roscoe to her crew and she said ok. So, around noon we got there and for the next 2 hours Roscoe got to know an 85 lb pit bull (Mia), a mixed lab Dalmatian (Logan) and a poodle, (Taylor).
At first he was just a little intimidated but within a half hour we were all in the back yard and they were romping around like best friends.
Taylor didn't put up with much so Roscoe kinda left him alone but the other 2 were just tickled pink to get to romp with a puppy and boy did they romp.
We got back home around 3:30pm and he's been napping most of the time since then. He really got tuckered out.
Roscoe loves people and dogs and so far doesn't seem to mind cats either although Boobear is still apprehensive but I think she'll come around by the time he's about a year old.
I really feel so blessed.
I can't wait to see how he will behave when he's grown up.

. All those different breeds - and Roscoe seems to have made friends with them pretty quickly! He is quite social and handsome too 
!

He'll probably get used to traveling in time, especially if he knows there are people/dogs to see or places to go to. I suppose being a social dog makes that a bit easier?@rebelann (111336)

I sure do hope so, he's getting so heavy I won't be able to put him in the car pretty soon. The lil rascal talks back to me too, I hope that'll stop pretty soon too.

Sounds like the drought is serious there.Glad that Roscoe got along well with other dogs soon !

I had a relaxed day. I watched part if a Criminal Minds marathon, did some work in the kitchen and petted Luna

I know that feeling. I was tired most of the day today but with Roscoe I couldn't nap or actually sleep that much.
