We Have Lights

About 9:00 the lights came back on, there was a loud noise in the living room. I jumped out of bed so fast, my son said I didnt think you could move that fast. The vacuum cleaner jumped on, it was plugged up but not on, but it came on. But I was so glad to have lights on again. If we hadn't had candles or flashlights the darkness is really creepy. Just think, tornado season has just begun. All I can say is Lord have mercy.

It was a LONG day of storms. I think it was worse on ya'll further up north but still bad here too. Now the grass will grow at alarming speed and need cutting in another couple of days and we have all the limbs to pick up again. GRRR. And more rain and storms next week

It's awful when the power comes back on with a bang. I'm glad you're no longer in the dark. It's not any fun if everything is black.

I understand. I don`t like the feeling of having no electricity during a bad season especially on summer time.
