Last week, my church mate, a teacher in Senior High School, asked me if I can be part of the Immersion. I will be the interviewer. Yes, the students would like to feel how to be interrogated.
As I had experience with the interview process, I said yes but it depends on the schedule. I am good with the proposed schedule. The teacher assigned 5 students as applicants. She also gave me sets of questions as my guide but will add as a follow up. I also have score sheets because they are scored based on job application documents, interview, apperance. All will be done virtually. And will be completed today at 4pm - 6pm.
What was the hardest interview question you have answered?

I have not faced much interviews in life as I have not switched much jobs. I stay in the same place for long. I don't remember any tough questions in interview but yes, it's very tough for me to evaluate myself or give myself a score. In our annual assessment meeting that is one to one with our principal we are given a form to fill and score ourselves on various parameters as a teacher. I find it very challenging.

That's very good practice for the students. The hardest question I ever had was "What are your best qualities?" And the interviewer didn't want an answer like: "I'm a hard worker", etc.

It was an accounting question that was so difficult. The interview was to give me an internship and a master's scholarship but the questions they asked were difficult. I don't know what syllabus was that since I never saw it in campus
