Do you like Tuna Spaghetti?

Germany
May 7, 2021 3:40am CST
Hello Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters I woke up in a cloudy and cold day. It rained yesterday and I think it will rain again today. As always need to have a longer dancing exercise I like this kind of weather sometimes better than too hot. Today, I will just prepare another simple and easy to prepare Tuna Spaghetti I use the fresh tuna fish here. First fried the tuna then let it cold for a while so you can put out the meat. You can also use the canned tuna if you like it to be more easier. Then, Fried it with minced garlic, onion and tomatoes. Then, mixed the fish and sprinkle some salt and pepper. There you have it. You can serve it with a nice noodles How about you my dear mylotters? Do you like Tuna Spaghetti? What style do you make with your Tuna? What are you having for today? I hope you can share it with me here Have a great day and Happy mylotting Photo: google

@m_audrey6788 Obviously fresh. All fresh fish is better than the can stuff. I remember going to my friends house one time and they just caught fresh halibut and I did not know fish could taste that good. I was never a big fish eater other than can Tuna because we poor but went to restaurant next day and tried their version. Hell no tastes like fish out of a can.

Yes I like tuna spaghetti. I got the idea to try it after eating from an Italian restaurant. But as a lazy cook I use canned tuna...sauté with garlic....onions....grounded blackpepper and tomato sauce with cheese and evaporated milk. :-)

I have an aunt who used to have tuna in her pasta sauce. Her version tasted so good. Many years ago, I attempted tuna once in my sauce but didn't taste good. Not sure what I did wrong.

Oh maybe you cook the sauce together. If you use the fresh tuna you must separate the cooking. You must fry first the fish and then make the sauce and combine them.

Never have tuna spaghetti, but I've tried sardines spaghetti. It's a cheaper alternative or when you have an extra can of sardines in tomato sauce. Smell a bit fishy though Need to add something to remove the fishy smell. I would add lime most of the time.

Yes. I also did that sometimes. I love sardines too. I also put soy sauce there little to bring out more taste in the sauce when you put some lime in it. Thank you
