My friend died today... / myLot

My best friend Pat died this morning at 2 am on Mother's Day. She is with Jesus. But I am not doing so good right now. I keep going to her door and asking her to please open it. I can't take the fact that I will never see her again. The residents here thinks I am losing it, and I probably am. Please... No questions about how she died, right now. I don't think I can handle it. All I will tell you is that she was healthy and spry one day, and her health just plummeted to the point where she was only given days to live the next. My emotions are all over the place right now...

Life can be like that. While it's a shame to lose someone on mother's day... she's no longer suffering. My husband lost his mother (my mother-in-law) two days ago. Believe me when I say I understand.

@teresatrotter I am very very sorry for the loss of your friend. I know it is a very very hard day for you. Take care and just feel how you feel and do not worry about what others think.
