Little kitten on the middle of the road

I drove near a speed bump when I noticed a tiny black kitten on the road. It was sitting on the speed bump and still alive. I couldn't just stop and pick up the kitten as there's a lorry behind me. I drove above it, hoping it won't run away and hope that the lorry would do the same as me. It was nerve wrecking as there were other vehicles behind the lorry. I gave a signal to stop at the roadside afterwards. Thankfully, other vehicles saw the kitten as well. But before I could grab it, another car stopped and the driver quickly ran to pick up the kitten. He brought it to his car. I found a man of my dream Unfortunately, I don't know him and he's not alone. So that's the end of the story that never happened I think the kitten is in safe hands now. If he's willing to grab the kitten like that, he won't dump the kitten elsewhere. The kitten must've fallen from a vehicle. It's normal if a kitten or cat to choose to hide or take refugee under a car. It must've felt when the vehicle drove on the speed bump.
