It's Hump Day-Sunny and Cool

Al and I were up and out relatively early this morning to go to the eye doctor to have his glasses tightened. I also made a food order for the same time s that we could just pull up and get it loaded in my car.
Jack is on the way here for school and I have 12 articles to write, lol a normal day.
Yesterday, I managed to get an appointment for Al to go and walk in the small warm pool at the YMCA and both of us have a noon appointment for tomorrow. Our Wednesday class doesn't get started until the 26th.
Al rode his bike for a half-hour yesterday. He was not completely steady on his feet today but he was better than some days. I called the local physical therapist to get an appointment for him, the doctor wants him to get physical and speech therapy.
I also have an appointment with the dentist tomorrow morning to discuss my tooth. Friday morning is my normal exercise in the pool. So that is my week so far. I have been writing quite a lot and received some encouraging feedback.
I made an appointment with a physical therapist for Al and if it works out I will use her for my shoulder as well.
I feel like I have accomplished quite a lot today.

Thank you, I take flower photos everywhere I go, I think these might have been in the Berkshires. I agree physical therapy should be a big help for Al.

@rebelann Al is showing some signs of mild dementia now, it is not something I like to think about but it is my reality now.

It is so up and down it is hard to even guess but we spent an hour exercising at the pool today.

@BelleStarr Yes. I like it than hot weather. I can`t sleep good with hot weather.

Al has Parkinson’s so it is a fight every day. The pandemic and lack of exercise has hit him hard. But we are fighting back.

I agree it does sound like you got a lot done especially if you did your shopping in that manner. We have that option too and I could get a discount if I'd order in that fashion but I don't always know what I want to have.
Twelve articles due on a busy day good luck with those. That in itself makes your day busy without all the rest.
It's good to hear that Al is making progress.

@BelleStarr That's too bad. If you can get him to drink more water that helps him remember more until the dementia progresses further along. We notice a big difference with my mom. She quit repeating herself as much when more hydrated.
