Do you like eating green bananas?

Or have you ever eaten such variety? Banana is abundant here in my country. It has also different variants but the most common is yellow when ripe. There is also green and red but red is not that abundant everywhere compared to the other varieties. Back then I don't like to eat green bananas because I used to eat the yellow varieties. Now, I have already trained my palate on its taste and like it somehow. This variety is cheaper and mostly use as ingredients to banana cake or loaf because it will give a flavorful aroma and taste of banana to your bake goodies.

This is very abundant in our area and its cheaper. I don't like this variety because it's acidic and it's not good for me, but there's the native green variety which is very rare now and they're good and sweeter.

Nah They need to be yellow before I will eat them. Unripe bananas do not agree with me although I do like the more bitter taste and harder texture

@ZedSmart Funny enough, I picked some up today. I couldn't see any yellow ones and didn't mind either way. I want to start adding more fruit to my diet. I love fruit, salads and vegetables very much but haven't been eating so good lately. So picked up some lovely healthy foods today including bananas.
